Complete refactoring of the RefCar application with emphasis on UX & UI

Complete refactoring of the RefCar application (Reference cars) with emphasis on UX and UI. The application is designed to manage company and MAL cars and distribute them to dealers by ordering, lottery or allocation.

PROJECT INTRO

Thousands of vehicles are purchased from ŠKODA AUTO every year by individual dealerships as part of the referral programme. These are company cars and leased cars of Škoda employees. Later on, they continue to the distribution network.

Every year, 200 dealerships take 15,000 of these cars.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

The task of KOMIX was a complete refactoring of the application. However, we changed not only the code, but also the UX and UI of the whole system.

Users appreciate the intuitive control of the application, its simplicity and its clear navigation. Now they don’t need extensive training or a manual to use it.

We replaced the original 13 subpages on which users performed the required actions with a one single page.
